Warranty Policy
ZENDURE Warranty Coverage
This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased through the Zendure Official Website, Zendure Amazon Store, or other third-party online sales channels operated by Zendure.
To make a warranty claim, customers must follow the procedures and requirements set out in this warranty policy. Zendure may request reasonable information or documentation, such as proof of purchase, the product serial number, photographs, videos, or other relevant information, to assess the warranty claim.
This Warranty Policy provides commercial warranty protection and does not affect or limit your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Service Scope
This Commercial Warranty applies to products purchased in the UK. For products used outside the UK, warranty service may be subject to product availability, shipping restrictions, and local service availability. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Warranty Timeline
Your warranty period starts on the date you receive your product.
For products purchased from the official Zendure website, the official Zendure Amazon Store, or an authorised Zendure retailer, the warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to you (the “Delivery Date”), rather than the date the order was placed, the product was dispatched or the invoice was issued.
Where an order contains multiple products that are delivered separately, the warranty period for each product will begin on the date that product is delivered to you.
Where the Delivery Date needs to be verified, Zendure may use reasonable evidence of delivery, such as courier tracking records, order records, delivery confirmation, proof of purchase or other relevant documentation, to determine the warranty start date.
Please retain your order confirmation, invoice, receipt and delivery records as these may be required to verify your purchase details and warranty period when making a warranty claim.
Unless otherwise specified in the specific warranty terms for the relevant product, these rules apply to all Zendure products.
